My Growth Story
I've had the incredible privilege of working alongside hundreds of founders on their growth journeys - a journey I completed myself when I sold CFO Alliance in 2022.

The early years of my life were full of adversity, which in retrospect was a gift — those experiences shaped the resilience and endurance I'd later need as a founder. Building CFO Alliance brought triumphs and trials across every area of the business — sales, customers, finances, people. There were real successes, real failures, and times when the pressure was completely overwhelming.
Looking back, I can see that building CFO Alliance was about much more than just business—it was the training ground for my own profound personal growth. Over the years, my work evolved beyond business strategy into a deeper exploration of human patterns, personal wiring, and the invisible dynamics that shape growth, fulfillment, and success.
What I Believe
Every person is already extraordinary. It doesn't need to be earned, only uncovered.

The people who stay curious, seek truth, and are willing to question old narratives often discover entirely new possibilities for how they live, lead, and experience life.

That conviction is what has driven my life's work. And it's the pulse of everything I'm building next.
How I Show Up
I bring wisdom, intuition, grounded perspective, and an ability to see people clearly — sometimes before they can see themselves.

In practice, this means I tend to listen for what is not being said, notice patterns that repeat beneath the surface, and help people connect the dots between who they are, how they operate, and where something is out of sync with their truest self.

That awareness becomes a catalyst — first shifting how people see and experience themselves internally, and then naturally changing how they show up in their external life, decisions, and relationships.
What's Next

Today I serve as Chief Growth Officer for a fast-growing company. And in my spare time, I'm building something I'm genuinely excited about: a different kind of growth experience, designed for the people who sense there's more — and are ready to uncover it.
